Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Natural Remedy (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Medical Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Natural Remedy is for informational purposes only and is NOT intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

  • The information provided about supplements is based on available research and traditional use
  • This App is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
  • Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before starting any supplement regimen
  • Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read in this App
  • If you have a medical emergency, call your doctor or emergency services immediately

The creators and distributors of Natural Remedy are not responsible for any health consequences arising from your use of supplements or information provided in the App.

Age Requirement

Natural Remedy is intended for users 18 years of age and older. If you are under 18, you may use this App only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Permitted Use

Natural Remedy is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. You may:

  • Track your own supplement regimen
  • Set reminders and goals
  • View your progress and statistics

You may NOT:

  • Share your account with others (when accounts are implemented)
  • Use the App for commercial purposes
  • Copy, modify, or distribute App content without permission
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Use the App to provide medical advice to others

Subscription & Payment

Natural Remedy offers a freemium model:

  • Free tier: Limited to 1 goal and 1 supplement
  • Premium tier: Unlimited goals, supplements, and additional features

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and managed through the App Store:

  • Payment charged to Apple ID at confirmation of purchase
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings
  • No refunds for partial subscription periods
  • Pricing may vary by region

Content Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate, evidence-based information about supplements. However:

  • Information may become outdated as new research emerges
  • Supplement research is ongoing and findings may change
  • Individual responses to supplements vary
  • We are not responsible for decisions made based on App content

All supplement information includes citations to research sources where available.

No Affiliate Links or Sales

Natural Remedy does NOT:

  • Sell supplements
  • Use affiliate links
  • Receive commissions from supplement companies
  • Promote specific brands or retailers

We are solely a tracking and informational tool.

Data & Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. All data is stored locally on your device by default. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information about data handling.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your device
  • Backing up your data if desired
  • Understanding that uninstalling the App deletes all local data

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Natural Remedy are owned by the App creators and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The Natural Remedy name, logo, and all related graphics are trademarks and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NATURAL REMEDY AND ITS CREATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Decisions made based on App information
  • Data loss or corruption
  • Interrupted or unavailable service
  • Errors or inaccuracies in content

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting in the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App for any reason, including violation of these Terms, without notice.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
